Mr. Bah had coordinated the acquisition of this property in 2015 with Shell Canada for a total surface area of around 500,000 ft². After subdividing the land into 2 lots, the seller decided to dispose of the excess land. The purchaser, a company specializing in the transportation sector, will install its future head office there and will by extension be closer to the port of Montreal and optimize its operations.
